Contudo, o tribunal concluiu que n\u00e3o havia elementos para afastar a independ\u00eancia dos bens, mantendo a separa\u00e7\u00e3o patrimonial como barreira legal para a penhora.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A decis\u00e3o refor\u00e7a o princ\u00edpio de respeito ao regime de bens estabelecido no casamento e limita a execu\u00e7\u00e3o trabalhista ao patrim\u00f4nio exclusivo do devedor.
